Terry Gill

Terry serves as the Vice President of EnterpriseCorp, the arm of Greater Louisville Inc. that is focused on helping high potential early and second stage companies realize their full potential. He most recently served as the Managing Director for Access Capital, a local venture philanthropy and private equity group and continues his service to that organization at the board level. Before coming to Access he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FetterGroup since 2005.

In 2007 he purchased the FetterGroup and led a strategic realignment effort to focus on several core business units – web-based software development, intelligent digital print, and content management services for the health benefit market and paint and coatings segment. Under his leadership the company developed innovative software platforms now in use by Fortune 50 healthcare companies.

In 2009, FetterGroup began a new subsidiary devoted to providing unique custom surface decoration technology for the mobile phone accessory market. Marketed under the brand Uncommon, consumers created their custom case for any Apple mobile device. They also distributed pre-decorated cases through Apple and Verizon stores nationally.

On February 28th of 2013, FetterGroup successfully completed the sale of their Paint and Coatings division to Fort Dearborn Company and later in 2013 they completed the sale of their CMD Software and surface decoration units to strategic buyers.

Terry holds a BA degree in Marketing with a Minor in Economics from the University of Kentucky. He serves the community through various charitable organizations and civic involvement. Terry serves on the board of a number of corporate entities and non-profit organizations including Young President’s Organization.

Terry is celebrating his 27th year anniversary to his wife Elizabeth later this month and they have 2 children, Van and Terry III.
